Delivery Responsibility Policy

Sellers are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage and for handing over to a logistics provider. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon successful delivery confirmation on the Platform.

LUXSAL is committed to ensuring that delivery charges are clear, accurate and transparent before a Buyer completes a purchase. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate parcel information, including the item's weight, dimensions, delivery location and any other details required to calculate the correct delivery fee.

The applicable delivery fee will be automatically displayed to the Buyer during checkout before payment is made. By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the displayed delivery charge as part of the total order cost.

Displaying delivery fees before checkout allows Buyers to make informed purchasing decisions, prevents unexpected charges and promotes transparency throughout the transaction process.

After checkout, Sellers must not request additional delivery payments directly from Buyers unless such additional charges are approved, processed and communicated through the LUXSAL Platform. Any request for extra delivery fees outside the Platform may constitute a breach of this Policy Suite and may result in account suspension, withholding of payouts or other enforcement action.

Where an error in the delivery fee results from inaccurate parcel information provided by the Seller, LUXSAL reserves the right to recover any additional costs from the Seller's payout or require the Seller to bear the excess delivery charges.

This policy protects Buyers from hidden or unexpected costs, ensures fair pricing, and maintains confidence in the LUXSAL Marketplace by requiring all delivery-related charges to be transparent and processed through the Platform.

Sellers must upload a valid tracking number or waybill within 3 hours of dispatch. Non-compliance creates a presumption of non-shipment and may result in automatic refund to the Buyer without Seller consent.
